Appointments
If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.

Insurance
Our office accepts Medicare, Medicaid (from the state of PA only), Highmark, Capital Blue, BCBS, Carefirst PPO, Aetna, Aetna Medicare, Cigna, Geisinger, Humana, UPMC, United Health Care and United Health Care Community Plan.
We do NOT accept Gateway, Aetna Better Health and America Caritas.
